Tem como ponto desfavor\u00e1vel a limita\u00e7\u00e3o da garantia a tr\u00eas alugu\u00e9is. A exig\u00eancia de mais de uma (por exemplo fian\u00e7a mais um im\u00f3vel) \u00e9 contraven\u00e7\u00e3o penal, que sujeita a pris\u00e3o ou multa a quem a exigir.
